We are delighted to welcome you as our guest and hope that your stay with us will be an unforgettable experience. To ensure that you and all other guests can enjoy your time here to the fullest, we have compiled some friendly guidelines for you.

Quiet Hours & Neighborly Cooperation

To ensure all guests can relax, we kindly ask you to maintain a quiet atmosphere, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Gently closing doors and keeping conversations subdued helps everyone enjoy restful nights. Your consideration creates a comfortable atmosphere for the entire house.

Your Safety is Our Priority

  • When leaving your apartment, please remember to close all doors and windows for your protection.
  • During thunderstorms or storms, we recommend unplugging electrical devices as a precaution.

Fresh Air for Everyone

To ensure all guests can enjoy fresh, smoke-free rooms, we kindly ask you to smoke only in the outdoor areas. Thank you for your understanding!

Pets

As much as we love our four-legged friends – to maintain the quality of accommodation and ensure an allergy-free environment for all guests, we unfortunately cannot allow pets in our apartments.

Parking

A designated parking space is available for your vehicle. Please ensure that driveways and paths remain clear so that all guests can enter and exit comfortably.

Pool Area – Your Relaxation Oasis

Enjoy our inviting pool area! Each apartment has access to two sun loungers. Please observe the safety instructions at the pool and help us keep this area clean and tidy so that all guests can enjoy it to the fullest.

Cleanliness & Order

A well-maintained environment is important to us. We therefore ask you to:

  • Dispose of trash daily in the designated bins
  • Keep the apartment in good condition
  • Clean dishes and kitchen utensils after use

Damage & Repairs

Should something break or not work properly – no problem! Please inform us immediately so we can take care of it quickly.

Key Return

Upon departure, please return all keys received so we can prepare them for our next guests.

Other Important Information

  • Laundry & Towels: Please do not use towels for the beach or pool
  • Guests & Visitors: Should you wish to receive visitors, please inform us in advance.
  • Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM – please contact us if you have any special requests!
